I'M still at 246-245, it fluctuates...however I just got done running and only had to stop for 30-45 sec during my 1.5 mile run.  So my stamina is getting back to normal!  Tell next time!

Still 246

I'm still 246!  Ate terrible last 3 days, but I tried to make up for it today.  I ran (it was pathetic), for like 6 min, then had to walk.  My cardio has gone way down ;(.  Still I was able to do 40 push ups in a minute!  Last 11 were slow but still did it!  I also did crunches, Wall squats and 40 second core exercise!  All with my new inflatable workout ball!  Tell next time!

250.8

I weighed in yesterday at 250.8.  Its been 3 or more whole days since I went to Mcdonald's for the grilled snack wraps...sigh...I will miss you ranch covered meat stick of joy!  My feet are sore, but I hope to be able to run again soon (thank goodness for global warming!).  I'm also eating better.  Lets hope the trend keeps up!

Still doing ok

My current weight this morning before eating was 248.  So I'm maintaining.  Not bad considering its the Holidays and FREAKEN FOOD IS EVERYWHERE!  Other than the jungle of Yum-Yums I'm doing OK.  Tell NEXT time...I Have to work out again tomorrow.  I need to get some cardio in some time soon.  My running ability sucked this morning..although I could just have been tired.

Lost a pound

Another week another pound :P....I just maxed out at 33 push ups in 35 sec.  I may be able to do more, tomorrow I work out, some time in between there I need to see how long it takes me to do a mile or 2.  Things are looking up!  Now just to speed the weight loss up and get my FRIGGEN CAR fixed!  Feeling good today!

Quick check in

Things are going better.  My weight is still the same, but my cardio is improving.  I have been real busy with the holidays, but that is not a good excuse to check in.  I hope tomorrow I get to weigh in and workout again, so I'll have a progress report then.  I woke up sick today, so I really didn't get much done :(.   Tell next time.

My weight is still the same!

I go weigh in tomorrow...my weight has not gone up!  I haven't been eating as good as I should..still the fact that my weight hasn't gone up is great!  I was scarred I was going backwards...I hope by the beginning of next week to have lost 1-2 pounds, I also intend to run tomorrow.  The weather is supporting it!  Can't wait.  Imagine that, me looking forward to a run.

I am back working with slm and fit!

Im working out again at slim and fit!  They are helping me loose that last 45 pounds!  This is awesome!  I work out and weigh back in this Saturday...we'll see then how good I'm doing!  Only 45 more to go baby!

Well I had my last workout at slim and fit

My run through slim and fit is done...I would like to give a shout out to all those at the facility who helped me this year.  Without their sponsorship I would not have gotten as far as I did ;p.  I still have 50 pounds to loose, so I'm still at it, and I'll check in once a week to keep everyone updated on my progress!  So far I have lost 90 pounds!  I definitely recommend Slim and Fit to anyone who is serious about loosing weight.  It worked, and the tricks they have shown me will continue to work for me.  Tell next time!

Still wrighting down what I eat

Still Under 260!

Hopefully I will have time to weigh in this tomorrow.  I missed a workout today, but I'm still eating right.  Thanks to Slim and Fit running on my own is a possibility, and not just something I talk about!  My legs are getting a little bigger, I've had complements from some of the older ladies where I work.....I lead a weird life ;p.

Went to work out and found my weight went up by 1 pound!  OMG!  It's not so bad, I'll just run it off tomorrow.  In the mean time things are going good for me, its just this holiday season and hectic work schedule that is killing me.

Lazy day today

Went in for some more job interviews, other than that today was a lazy day.  Going into work tonight...still I did manage to go for a 30 min walk.  My weight is staying fairly constant.  I'll try and weigh in tomorrow before work.  Other than that this week is hectic.  Not sure when I'll be able to get a regular work out in...sigh life is interfering in my weight loss!

Its official!

I'm down below the 260 mark for a 3rd weigh in this week!  257 today before eating!  Worked out, and I am already recovered!  Arms are a little sore, but I think I may try and run tonight after work.  GO ME!  The fact that I can even think of doing that is amazing!  Thanks Slim and FIT!

I ran last night after work!

I just got done running like 20 minutes ago, and that is important because I did it after I got off from work!  I really am back on track.  I also wrote down what I had to eat this week consistently (except for one day).  My bad habits are getting smacked back down where they belong.  Starting tomorrow I think I'm going to go down some in calories.  Try and stay below 2000, instead of at or almost to.  We shall see!  My cardio is STELLAR!  I ran twice in one day this week too!  I almost look forward to running!  What a change. People I work with and the regular customers coming into the store don't believe I have lost 85 pounds.  To tell you the truth I don't either.  I need an older picture of me up there to show the world my new face!  Only 50 more pounds to go!  I'll weigh in in the morning and post my weight.  Tell then!

Busy Day tomorrow, but I still ran last night!

Need to get my new slim and fit schedule, and weigh in tomorrow.  In other news I only ate 2350 in cal today.  I'm over by 350, but I ran tonight also.  Fast pace, over 1.5 miles (I think 2 miles), in under 1/2 hour.  My cardio since starting the program at Slim and Fit this year is like 1,000 times better!  The fact that Less than 1/2 after I ran that I can write about it and I'm not dead is proof of it!  Well tell next time, I have to go fill out my food log.

Current Weight

262.8,  I hadn't eaten yet so its probably 1-2 pounds more than that.  My food log is still working so I'm back on track.  My workout was canceled today, but I will run tonight so it is all good.  The fact that I can run on my own is just awesome.

Under 2000 cal again!

I'M at 1690 cals for the DAY!  I also ran 1.7-2 miles (normal run is 1.5, but I went up a street).  I slowed down but didn't stop!  Today was a good day.  I can't wait to weigh in tomorrow!  My recovery time is improving.  Finally, I have 3-4 days written down in my food journal again (I'm back to keeping a log steadily).  With the strength program I'm doing at Slim and fit, I'm hoping to start hitting more chest and abs.  Yesterday I could feel the muscle right below my chest in between my stomach and chest.  It throbbed...it was a good throb though.  Well tell next time, this is Kevin; Throbbing off! having a good day

It was to cold to run tonight when I got out of work at 10:00 p.m., still it was good day.  My diet is doing much better and I have a notepad I can finally write down what I eat with.  Also I dropped down to 266!  I'll run in the morning, when the sun is out....see if I can't get 2 miles :P.  I'm also not as sore, we are doing strength training at slim and fit again! It apparently is paying off...a girl I work with commented me on my calfs.  Weird but hey I'll take it!  Only 56 more pounds to go!

269 again!

I'm back at 269, and dropping.  This is the week I get back on track ;p.  I ran last night for 15 minutes and did 1.5 miles!  That is a personal Best for me!  It's not Olympic, but its pretty out standing for me!  I also have my workouts scheduled this week.  So, it looks like I'm back on the horse!  I'll weigh in tomorrow and get some more run time in tonight before work!  The time I'm spending at Slim N Fit is really paying off.  The fact that I can even run a mile and a half is awesome, let alone in 15 minutes.  Tell next time!

Current status

I am not eating well, and My workouts are not regular.  This week's work schedule is atrocious.  I just find everything is falling apart on me.  My current weight is 270.  I haven't been able to run in a while.  I haven't eaten well today either.  I am struggling to get back on track. Tuesday going into Wed.  I get off at 6:20 am, then go to work at 12:00 p.m..  So this week is shot.  all I can do is hope next Week will be better, and My schedule is more readily available to support workouts.  I also need to get back into strength training and get a food diary.  Things have just fallen apart the last of last month and this month.

Quick update

My breathing has really improved...I can run a mile in roughly 13 minutes.  For me thats great!  I ran today, and I ate better than I have in a long time.  I workout and weigh in tomorrow, so I'll have more to say then.  Tell next time!

I ran today!

I'm running constantly again.  I ran yesterday, and the day before I believe.  So now I can try and keep that up and it will be a OK.   My diet isn't going so well I am at 271, so I have gained a pound.  The problem is that I am eating to much food to soon, its not spaced out.  Today I have had starting at like 4:30 am, 2 nutrigrain bars, true moo chocolate milk (1%), and for lunch and dinner I have had McDonald's southwest Salad, with 3 grilled chicken wraps (3 at lunch; 2 at dinner for a total of 5).  From now on I will go down to just salads and a fruit.  If I cut out the wraps, I should start loosing again.  I'm also gonna start adding some push ups to my runs.  Starting tomorrow.  We shall see how it turns out.

Current Status Report

I am at 271.  I have gained one pound :(.  I ran earlier this week, and now that the weather has cleared up I can run some more.  I will run tonight before work.  The fact that I can run at all let alone on my own is pretty humbling.  Other than that, I think I am getting back on track.  There was like 2-3 days where I fell off the workout wagon, and didn't eat as well as I should.  I'm back on track though, and I have workouts scheduled this week.  I'll weigh in again tomorrow, so we will know how I am doing.  Tell then!

Im at 270 again

I'm back down to 270.  In other news my foot is like in pain, I don't know why.  Something up with the bone in my left foot.  Sigh, it is always something.  Continuing on from the last post, I had a potato salad (580 in cal), 1/4 of a donut (I stopped myself before eating the whole thing ;p ), True Moo milk jug and today I have had a Southwest salad, Diet coke and 2 grilled ranch wraps, twice, once for lunch and Breakfast.  Not to bad, not that great either.  Tell next time!

Night shift is interfering with my workout schedule

I called off a workout again (this is like the 3rd time), because I needed sleep.  I just can't seem to go from 3 and a half hours sleep to the gym.  Further more last weigh in I was up 2 pounds!  I'M slipping!  I will run tonight before I got to work.  Also I'm going to start posting what I eat.  So here goes.
5 am..... 4 nutri grain bars and True moo milk (300 cal milk, plus 500 for the bars).
12:50 p.m......2 Grilled ranch wraps (forgot to take off the ranch), and grilled southwest salad plus diet coke.
I'm under 2000, I'll have to wait and see how tonight will be.  As a side note making the donuts is killing me!  I literally have my chubby little fingers covered in chocolate glaze every night....If I survive without eating a donut tonight, it will be a miracle!

Things are going good!

I am down to 272 before I eat.   274.6 after I eat.  Finally I weigh 273.4 after a workout!  So now we know for sure my weight can only very roughly 2 pounds between food/meals!  That is great!  We figured that out today at slim and fit,  it was something I was always worried about.  You know how much am I loosing, how much is water weight, etc..  I am eating better and I can run a little bit further than normal.  Tonight, since the weather is finally cooperating, it will be the first night I have been able to run in like 5 or 6 days.  So I am actually looking forward to it.  What a big change, me looking forward to running ;p.

I am down to 274!

First and foremost I am down to 274!  Secondly, my trainer and I ran; for our workout today.  A first for me. We did little over 12 minutes, followed by 7-8 minutes back to the facility.  Thirdly I walked in on my Aunt who was also working out today...unfortunately she was exercising inside the house....Al Dente....in the Buff......Unsavory!  I am writing this post both to inform others of my weight loss, and to share in my "trauma".  Now, I must go cry.  Tell next time, this is Kevin telling you to knock first!

I got some new pictures!

I had new pictures taken of me yesterday at Slim and Fit.  As soon as I get them, I'll have them posted.  I weigh 280 currently.  I didn't go run last night or the night before (I was tired the day before yesterday, and LAST NIGHT  I had brake problems.  It took 4 hours +, to get my brakes put on.  I put a pin in the wrong place so that the pad wouldn't hold properly, so of course that took forever for me to fix.  I should be able to run tonight before bed.  My goal is to get right back into running every night, to create a calorie deficit.  I will also start adding sit up, and push up routine.  Also a stretch routine, my legs are really tight these last couple of days.  Tell next time!

I am going running again!

I'm going running again..this is like over 5 times in a 7 day period....The workouts I have done at slim and fit and with my friend EVIL CRAIG SAN...have finally paid off!  My stamina is such that I do a 15:50 minute run, and can actually do it non-stop.  I do over a mile slightly or at least a mile....I think.  Anyway, time to go run!  Just checking back in!

I am officially down to 278!  I have broke on through, and am now well on my way!  I run tonight, and I when ever I can, because that WORKS for me!  The workouts are paying off too....I can run now for a little bit, over a mile!  I just want to thank everyone who has stuck by me this last couple of weeks as I finally broke my PLATEAU of DOOM!  Tell next time!

Im at 282, but I can run like there's not tomorrow!

I just finished a 15 minute and 50 sec run!  I ran to Rocky training montage, Kill bill them song, 29 sec of La bouche this is your night (don't ask), Rocky theme song gonna fly now, and some other song or a snip of it or so...anyway...I did it.   This is it!  If I run everyday (and I have run everyday for the last 3 days), I think this will put me back over my slump or plateau (more calories burned).  I am also swearing off bread for a while.  We shall see next week what I weigh...I desperately want to break that 280 mark!  Tell next time!

I ran on my own!

I ran on my own...and no, the cops weren't chasing me!  I ran for a flat 4 and 1/2 minutes!  I know because I was all the way through Rocky's "Going the Distance" and into his "Training Montage", before  I stopped.  I ran an additional 2 1/2, 1 12/ and another 2.  I must have gotten 10 whole minutes in!  That first 4 1/2 killed me and I was walking for quite some time.  Still; long chunks like that speed up the workout.  Monday when I get what little cash I get, I am going to change both the FRONT and REAR brakes and Rear rotors on my P.O.S., then maybe run a little before bed.  To work off the frustration, and inc case I mess up the brake job or don't get it done, I'll have at least another form of transportation!  Tell then!

I am currently at 282.2 again...down from 283.6 at the start of this day.

I weigh 282.2  I weighed in at 283.4 or .6.  I will run tonight on my own if I have to..I'm waiting for the cover of darkness.....This will help me to avoid odd stares and cruel jokes.  You can't make fun of what you can't see!  I will break through my plateau if I loose 2 more pounds by Tuesday.  We shall see!  Wish me luck!

I am maintaining at 282...I got the home scale to work!  I used to not be able to get it to work.  It says I am 285 but that is with shoes and belt and phone, etc..  It also is off by a pound or so.  I will now more by tomorrow!  Tell then!

Missed a Workout but ran with my buddy.

I ran today....for my personal best ever!  I ran a full 5 minutes with my pal Craig on the Monon Trail.  Total time running was 26 minutes over an 90 minute interval!  I also ate fantastic today...well below 2000 calories.  2 salads and a fruit snack.  I must have ate around 1500 or less in calories.  Today was a good day.  My breathing also has improved...I weeze only for a minute or so after we run a "block of time".  Overall the workouts at slim and fit and the ones with my friend are paying off.  The fact that I can talk a little while I run is amazing.  I really can see more of a difference.  I still weigh 285...I'm hoping that next Monday or Tuesday, to lower that.  I'll wright more on Monday, I need to weigh in.  Tell then!

Nothing new to report

Nothing exciting to report...I put 2 new holes in my leather belts each an inch apart..but I don't know if that means that I have lost some more weight or not.  We shall see.  I ran with Craig on Sunday, it was grueling....other than that everything is alright.  Looking forward to more jogging this week as well as my next weigh in tomorrow.  Keep fingers crossed!

A day ago I broke through!

A day ago I broke through my plateau!  I am now at 286!  I lost 4.9 pounds in about 4 days!  The body is weird!  Lets hope that stays off for my next trip into slim fit on the 28th!  I am walking again, but I need to start running....when Craig gets into town I'll start doing that again.  The heat is starting to get a little less INSANE...so I am hoping to be able to run for longer durations.  Until then!

Brief update

I weigh in tomorrow!  I'll write in then to update what my status is!  I need to be at least 290 or else!  I also need to go running with my friend Craig again soon!  I'm tired of not loosing weight fast enough!  I have been writing down what I eat, so next time I go in I can be slim coached as well....well I'll have lots more to write about tomorrow!  Wish me luck!

I am doing ok on my Diet. Not eating to much!

Parenting done right!
I have successfully logged over 5 days back in my DIET BOOK...so I am back on track with my eating.  It is still to hot to go out and run, so I have been walking a lot instead.  I hope things clear up by Monday!  I need to run to loose my gut!  I believe my next weigh in will be on Tuesday.  I hope to have lost 1-2 pounds.  When the HEAT is off I think I can accelerate this considerably (It will be cool enough to run!).  Tell next time!

Weight still at 291!

My weight is still at 291!  I am hitting a road block.  I know what I am doing wrong and I am hoping as of today to correct that problem.   I need to eat less meat (like hamburger, and have less bread).  Also the heat is entirely too fricken hot for working out!  I used to walk like 3 times a day.  Now I still go running with Craig, but I don't think its enough.  Hopefully I can get my diet under control, and get those big weight losses that I used to have.  I'll know by Saturday when I weigh in if I am on schedule.  I need to loose another pound or 2 by then.  That will give me an indication as to what I am doing (either progressing or regressing).
On another note:  I would like to give Craig a big thank you for bailing me out last night.  My car ran out of gas, and he came to the rescue.  You really know who your friends are when you need help late at night, and the car won't start.  So thank you Craig....for everything!  Except that time you turned off my hot water in the shower back in 02.

I ran a lot yesterday! I mean a lot!

I went on the Monon Trail again with my Pal Craig....we walked and ran as usual, except for one thing.  It never ended....we ran on off 25 minutes during our 2 hour walk run.  For me that is STUPENDOUS!   He told me my breathing has improved tremendously (he wouldn't need to bring his cell phone with him to call an ambulance, always a PLUS!).  Further more  my aunt said I don't snore as loud as I used to.  That is awesome!  Before my room sounded as though a group of Lumberjacks had broken into my room, and were engaging in heavy deforestation with a rusty saw.  Well I'll have more to write tomorrow!  Tell then!

Im at 292!

I am down to 292!  I can run up to 5 minutes!  For me that is impressive.  I am hoping to keep that up, and run more often with my friend Craig along the Monon Trail.  I went to work out before I ran as well!  This means my ability to recover has increased greatly.  My running friend pointed out to me; that he used to worry I would Keel Over while we were working out (Because my breathing was so bad).  Now its more of dry heave than an "Ooh god make it stop" type of wheeze.  I think when we first started I sounded like Darth Vadar.  Oh well, I weigh in again on Saturday.  We will know more by then.  Still its nice to know my cardio is improving quickly.  Tell next time!

I failed to ENTER THE DRAGON! I gained one pound :(

I have gained one pound.  I'm not pleased with this.  To correct the matter I have done 3 things.  First I cried like a baby.  Second, after my cry session, I decided to start writing down everything that I eat again (I had stopped writing it down awhile back).  Third I'm going to cut down on my bread.  I believe I had to much bread this week, and that may have been the culprit.  The picture on the RIGHT; best sums up my personal feeling on this issue!  I need to do some running again with Evil Craig san....I shall weigh in again on Thursday.  Lets hope it will improve!

The Weight is the same

No changes to report today.  I'm still at 295.  I have an official weigh in on Tuesday.  I'll have a report by then.  Other than that, I notice that I have more stamina.  I walk a lot...I mean a lot.  3-4 times 1/2 hour or more at a time.  I'm going running later with my pal Craig, that should take a pound off.  Other than that everything is going great.  Well tell tomorrow!

Still on track

Everything seems to be going along OK.  Other than that I don't have to much to report.  My last workout took a lot out of me.  I barely completed the sets that were put before me.  I stuck through with the help of my trainer, by the end I had lost 1 pound.  I'm going to to post some Edgar Allan Poe...the raven..I like it a lot and I am not sure if I ever posted it.  I'll report more tomorrow.

295!

I am currently at 295!  For me that is awesome.  I recover a lot faster now as well, before when I ran with my friend Craig; I couldn't catch my breath.  Now after 1/2 an hour I feel like I could go again.  That is due to the workout regimen and diet changes I have made at Slim and Fit.  I feel a little slimmer than when I first started.  I am starting to see a big difference in my face as well.  It looks..well more like a face!  Before it was just some eyes and a mouth attached to a potato.  Which freaked people out when it talked.  Other than that,  I have lost a total of 55 pounds!  I weigh in tomorrow again, so I'll have more then.  Tell tomorrow!

Trying to maintain

I walk a lot...I MEAN A LOT.    I have to work for the next 3 days so I wont be able to post again until Wednesday.  Last time I weighed in it was at 297.  Lets hope that trend holds.  I'll go in and get my measurements, then blog them.  I have alot more energy then when I first started.  I think that is why I am able to walk so much.  I need to get my pal Craig and head over to the Monon Trail sometime this week for running/puking/curling up in the fetal position crying.  I wonder if he'll be up for that?  Tell next time!

Still Trucking

I weighed in today at 304.  So my weight is 1 higher then last time, It isn't an official weigh in until next week.  We shall see....I went for 3 walks today 30 min a piece.  The workout schedule hasn't changed much, but the workout has gotten harder.  I hope that will help me loose weight faster.  We shall see on that as well.  Well more to report tomorrow.  Tell next time!

Going Running with Evil Craig san tonight!

More of a run walk then a run.  I'm hoping to burn off some excess calories that I acquired over the weekend and yesterday (we had family over and I didn't eat so well).  Lets hope I don't get robbed on the MONON TRAIL.  Apparently there has been a spree of crimes along the path.  Not good.  I'll be OK, as the saying goes I don't have to out run the wolves, I just have to trip my running partner.  I'll have a new weigh in on Wed, I believe.  Until then stay safe (and don't go where I'm running!).

Maintaining at 303!

SONNET 18 'Shall I Compare Thee To a Summers Day'

304.2 pounds!

This is the end of the first cycle, I started on 3/28/11.  So far I have lost 47.7 pounds!  In less than 3 months.  If I get to sign up again I hope to do the same.  I am a little behind schedule, I was hoping to loose a total of 70 pounds the first time through.  By this Saturday I should have lost 50 exactly.  Still that is a lot of gut to have lost.  I'm going walk one run one with my pal Craig tonight.  Hopefully between that and the workout I can speed the process up a lot.  I'll post at my next weigh in to see If I am still on track for 50.  50 what a nice round number.

Ran one walked one today

I ran one and walked one today on the Monon Trail.  It wasn't easy, but I did it.  My pal says we ran over a quarter of what we walked (about 2 miles).  I ran for longer periods this time.  I must be improving.  I hope so, cause I didn't eat to well.  I weigh in again on Tuesday.  I hope I maintained and even lost an additional pound.  That would be great.  I am at 305 currently (at time of last weigh in).  Hopefully I will be at 303 or less.  We shall see.  Tell Tuesday then!

305

I worked out today and weighed in.  It said 305.  I ate again after the workout, but that shouldn't vary my weight too much.  That means I am loosing weight!  So, if i weigh in again on Tuesday I have a reasonable expectation to be at 304-305 for a 2 pound weight loss in a week.  Not to shabby.  I need to go work out (run walk with my pal Craig to keep that on track).  One thing I am noticing, I can do some calisthenics without throwing up (such as mountain climbers).  That is a good feeling.  Before I couldn't even think about doing that sort of thing without getting light headed.  Now look at me I am the man!  OK, more of an adolescent than a man....but a few more months and then we'll see!  Tell next time!

Ahh I am back on the net!

Isn't it amazing how just a few days without the Internet can feel just like passing a Kidney Stone.  Well now that that is "Past", I am happy to report that I have lost 42-43 pounds so far.  I weigh in again tomorrow.  I have been walking, and I finally have a job (albeit part time).  Things are looking up.  The next couple of checks are already spent, but at least I am alive!  I have nothing other than that to report.  I hope by the end of next week to run some more with my friend Craig.  We shall see.

Internet is down where I am

The internet is down where I am, so I haven't had time to, or the ability to blog.  I am down to 308 since last weigh in!  I shall weigh in again on Tuesday!  The first day of my training for my new part time job! yeeeeeeeeeaaaah!  Finaly some work!  I am so far behind on all my bills that it will take me atleast a month just catch up....oooh well; the journey of a thousand steps begins with a stumble and a face plant!  As they say.  I am running and walking now.  I run for 45-1 min intervals then walk.  Then run again.  My pal Craig is helping me out...ok so maybe hes pulling me along with threats of beatings if I fail.  Everyone shows support in their own way :p.  If I don't blog until next weigh in on Tuesday it is because of AT&T.  NOT ME.  Tell then!

It wasn't a fluke

It was  not a fluke!  I really did loose 40 pounds, I had myself reweighed.  I'm so happy, I work out tomorrow, and I got a job too!  Things are looking up!  Its' part time but, I'll take what I can get at this point.  I went running/walking with my pal Craig.  Lets just say, I slept like a baby...a 32 year old baby.  I woke up curled in the fetal position, thumb in my mouth; as I tried to squint away the early morning sun.  I woke at the crack of 10:30 a.m..  Early for me after my Criagercise.  We went on the Monone Trail the previous day for our exercise routine.  It's a scenic, and yet strangely urban environment, kind of like my life.  For example you'll truck along and look at some random piece of art (and be to proud to ask questions about it, so you feign disinterest to hide your ignorance), or chick in cloths so tight that nothing is left to the imagination (and yet you avert your eyes to avoid attention, which probably means she thinks her cloths aren't tight enough!), or you'll see a group oriented activity (like Volleyball) and wish you could join in, then you'll stumble as you try hopelessly to dodge a pile of steaming dog poo that some jerk didn't clean up cause he and his dog were in a hurry.  It's little things like that, what bring me back to earth.  Aside from that "tainted" experience everything went well.  Tell next time, watch where you step!

I have lost 40 pounds total!

I have lost 40 pounds total so far!  I am stoked!  I'm still behind on my goal.  I wanted to loose 70 in 12 weeks, I think I have 2-3 more weeks, so I'll see how close I can get to that.  I just tried on my interview cloths, and I immediately noticed that I could BREATH!  (I used to choke the neck tie was so tight, also the collar!)  Little things like that make the program all the more valuable to me.  I'll need to keep working at it to be where I want to be, but I think I am actually on my way to my goal!

Last night's storm was crazy.

Last night's storm was crazy.  Our tree (a small one) outside our house was knocked to the ground (wind broke off half the tree).  It fell away from the house, so it's all good.  Other than that I saw the Hangover 2.  It was Hilarius.  On the weight front lets see....My weight is fluctuating but I think it is do to water weight.  I believe I am loosing weight, I just need to weigh in again on Tuesday to know for sure.  I'll post that when it comes up.  In a side note the workouts do make me feel a little bigger in the chest.  I look quite ridiculous sometimes, as I push on my chest (its sore), or flex them once in a while.  People who see me must think I am either A) a pervert or B) having a heart attack.  Tell next time, this is Kevin "flex" Ammerman...signing off.

Another Day, Another Thunder stealer man!

I went for a walk (Batan death march), with my pal (overseer/master) Craig (next time it will be a run walk).  I am hoping that with additional days spent working out I can accelerate my weight loss.  I ate at subway today too, and the guy behind the counter asked me how much weight I had lost.  Excitedly, I told him "34 pounds!", I smiled sheepishly, abashedly basking in my glory.  I deserved to enjoy this moment in the sun.  I had worked hard for it.
Then he struck!  I don't know his name.  Maybe you do.  We have all seen or heard him before.  It's the dreaded Thunder-stealer-man.  Native American legends tell of this mysterious being who swoops down from the shadows and steals the thunder before it goes boom.  Apparently these stories are not just myths...they are true.  I have seen him.  I have suffered at his glory thieving hands.  These stories of his wickedness are all true.  With but one exception.....One cannot steal some one's thunder physically.  No that's not really possible.  Their would be a slight flash, or echo, or low roar left over as the thunder was taken away.  This would of course type off the authorities or concerned parties.  No, that just wouldn't do.  Not for Thunder Stealer Man!  What this villain does is far more sinister.  He drowns out the thunder of others, by overshadowing it, with his own thunder....AND TH ATS WHAT HE DID TO ME TODAY!  I said I had lost 34 pounds he said he had lost 36!  Then as if to add salt to injury, he said his wife had lost 35!  It was just loud enough to displace my accomplishments with his 36, but to taunt me with his wife's 35!  Unbearable, in public of course, and in my favorite subway store!  That's how they do you...the THUNDER STEALER Man's of the world.  You did something, they did something plus 1.  You have a hard luck story, theirs is just that much worse.  So after he stole my thunder I said congratulations, and ate my sandwich in the corner.  Momentarily deafened by his 36 pound thunder, with wifey's 35 pound aftershock booms.  I ate my sandwich, thunderstruck.   The coveted Chicken teriyaki foot long, didn't taste as good as it usually did.

Another day, another pound!

Total lost is around 34 pounds I believe.  I need to step it up, because I am not seeing those huge weight losses I had in the begining....I think I am going to try and start to run again on my days off with my pal Craig.  Hopefully that will step things up a bit.  Other than that things are going OK, I notice that I have a lot of energy.  Let us hope that helps when I start to run.

Not much to report today

I had my measurements taken, I have lost a total of 1 and 3/4 of an inch from my waist since 3/28/11 so far.  I have also lost 33-34 pounds.  My arms are 1 inch less as are my legs.  We took my neck measurements for the first time so  I can keep track of that from now on (it is currently 18 inches).  Other than that we are stepping up my workouts to try and compensate for my bad or weak lower back.  It is not injured or bad in the since that it is defective, its just that I am how shall I put it..fat.  That keeps it a little tight.  So we are working on that this week.  I also seem to have a lot more energy than I used to.  I need to go, so until tomorrow!

Not to bad today

I am a walking foool!  I hope between all the walks I have been taking and watching what I eat, I should still loose a pound or 3.  I'll know by Tuesday!  Other than that things have been going GREAT!  The work outs have changed slightly, I just hope I can start to build more muscle mass quickly.  I know thats the key for me,  Bronson my work out couch has been helping me in that department.  I hope to get that up soon.

Went to 100 acres and walked it!

My friend and I went to Lilly's 100 acre house area, and we walked and visited some of the strange architecture there.  It was a nice change of pace from simply walking around in circles where I live.  My conditioning at Slim and Fit enabled me to walk the park without panting like a dog.  I am very pleased with that.  I ate OK today.  Other than that things are going along at their normal pace.  I also mowed the lawn.  So between that and my average eating today, it was a solid day for me.  I don't weigh in until Tuesday, so we shall see if I was able to STAY ON TARGET, or not.  Tell next time!

I got caught in the rain on a walk....

I got caught in the rain on a walk today, and it made me think.  HEY!  At least I am walking to get caught out walking in the rain.  My life has changed enough that my behavior is different.  With regards to walking I am doing it more often.  Some times two times a day.  I'm considering jogging a little with my friend Craig (I have yet to ask him, and he's sick this week anyway).  That in and of itself is a big deal.  I'm hoping that I can continue to cut out bread and keep loosing 3-5 pounds a week.  My weight loss so far is 33 pounds (I am roughly at 318 from 351),  I'll weigh in again and report tomorrow at around 7p.m. or so.  Tell then!

My total weight loss so far from 3/28/2011 is 33 pounds!  I'm still on track enough that it is still possible to loose the 140 to join the military.  That's awesome.  I was getting worried, but apparently I'm going to make it so that's awesome.  Still like 19 more weeks to go so it is a long road ahead.  Maybe instead of weight loss I should call it WAIT LOST.  Other than that things are going OK. Just need to get my walk in!

Bread is bad for me!
If I get my walk in today will have been a great day!  I just hope that everything else will go well tomorrow when I weigh in.  Other than that I have nothing tangible to report.  The staff at Slim and Fit are still sticking with me, still pushing me onward. I still feel and sleep better, I just can't seem to visualize my weight loss when I look in the mirror.  Also I'm having trouble cutting out Bread!  Its in everything.  Maybe this pick will help me to stay away from it!  Tell tomorrow!

I am on track still?!?

It appears I am doing better than I thought!  I will know more for sure by Tuesday, but I will have lost 3-4 pounds in between my official weigh ins.   Other than that I am currently looking for work again. :(.  Still things are looking up for me other than money (and really, who isn't in that boat?).  We are moving in to Calastenics.  I don't like them, but Bronson (my new work out coach) says that is the best way to do it.  I need to get a walk in every day as well.  Tell next time!

Doing better

Yesterday was Horrid for my diet.  I had bad week that week.  This week is better, I had some personal stuff that needed taking care of, now that that is out of the way I can focus on my diet again.  I'm going for my walk now, I just wanted to check back in.  I lost 1 more pound (not a lot when I'm used to loosing 4-5 in a week).  So I need to catch back up.  This week is the week!

Diet fail

I lost 2 pounds, and then I messed up and went to pizza hut!  I didn't eat pizza.  I did eat at their salad bar, and had wings, not good.  Still I will find out Tuesday If that messes me up too bad.  If nothing else I maintain my weight loss this week, and maybe even go down a pound.  I'll check back int tomorrow.

Got to go home early

Last two days I haven't worked the whole shift.   I hope nothing bad is coming down the pipe.  I need the job :(. Other than that I have lost a pound so I am back on track.  I'll weigh in on Sunday, to verify how much I have lost.  My new work out is more weights intensive.  I hope that helps to speed my weight loss up.  I need to crack down on my diet to speed the process back up.  Back down to Salads instead of Foot Longs :p.  Laters.

Have to go to work tonight

I am going to work tonight, lets hope my diet holds up while I avoid the SNACK MACHINES (A.K.A. the Wolf Pack).  Other than that I think I am right back on track.  We shall see.  Its extremely hot out right now.  I think I'll do my walks in the morning right before I go to bed.  That will make me tired and less sweaty.  Walking before work would tucker me out and then work would not go so smooth.  My weight is still the same as the last report 323 I believe.  I workout tomorrow and will weigh in then.

Still at same weight (ISH)

I am still at the same weight give or take 1 pound.  I lost this week 4 pounds or so.  I wanted to loose 5.  So I am still at 323.  Down from 351 When I first started.  I need to break through.  I think the next step is to cut out bread and GO TO HEAVY LIFTING!  I'll need to work up to it, but I think thats the route I'm Heading in.  We'll see.  I made rate at work so if I do that for 2 more weeks I should be fine and there will be no chance of me getting fired anytime soon.  now I shall post poetry and then go and see a movie....things are going a little better for me this week then last week.

Why isn't a snickers called a snacker?

I haven't had one....I've been thinking a lot about them lately...SNICKERS.  Whilst I was thinking about them I couldn't help but notice.  Why aren't they called SNACKERS?  They can replace a meal.  They could be called a snack.  So why not SNACKERS?  I could go for a good "SNACK" right now.
I'm still eating well, but as you can see I'm beginning to loose my mind.  I weigh in tomorrow both before and after my workout.  I will post that online here.  My job is going OK, I am only 85-90% to goal, so tonight will make or break that.  Here is hoping work goes well!

Going to work tonight, Hope it goes well.

I am posting this without clicking the link box above.  My hope is that it will post on Face Book only a single time.  We shall see.  Now for my progress report.
I am proud to post that as of today 05/03/2011 I have lost 23 pounds.  I hope to keep this up, its roughly 5 pounds a week.  I can't see the changes but other people say that they can.  I am getting more definition in my arms, especially the Triceps area.  I hope to keep that up, I'm tired of my flabby arms.  I keep thinking if the wind is just right, my arms will catch the breeze and flap like wings.... I'll fly away.  Speaking of flights of fancy I will post some poetry.  Tell next time!

Tonight is game night!

Going gaming tonight.  I am eating better.  Right now I have only had a banana, an orange and a Slim bar (my breakfast).  We shall see what happens the rest of the night.  Other than that everything is going great.  I heard on the TV, last night that they got Osama Bin Laden!?!  Wow!  OK, I wonder whats gonna happen next!

I went up .02 pounds!

SET BACK :(  I went up .02 pounds.  My trainer and I had a lengthy discussion about food and meal times.  How to spread out my meals.  Then that discussion was pretty one sided, cause it is kind of hard to talk when you're on a Treadmill.  I think thats why they wait to talk to you until your on the Treadmill.  If you try and say anything or defend yourself, you can't cause you don't have the breath to waste.  Still at the end of the workout I weighed 1 pound less!  So all I have to do is eat right the next 3 days and get my walks in and I will be back on track.  I am still gainfully employed so other than that things are looking up for me!  Tell next time!

OK I am still on track with some good weight loss.  I find out tomorrow if I have lost anymore weight.  So far I still have a job, and I am still doing good on my diet.  I just got my walk on!  So even though no one is watching me I am doing what I am supposed to be doing!  WORD!  So far I have lost 22 pounds since 3/28/11.  We have begun to cut back my food in so much as I eat more often, but smaller meals.  Instead of 1 foot long I eat 2 6 inches at different times.  The Slim Fit I am at also has a tread mill.  You can really sweat it off on that thing.  Even better than the bike.  Niagra falls baby!  Yeah it's like that.  Well tell next time.

Late with my updates

Sorry I have been late with my posts.  I don't have much time, so here it is in a nut shell;  Work isn't going to great my slow rate my bring my job in to question this week or next week :(, but I am loosing weight!  I currently at last weigh in was 330.  I was 351 on 3/28/11.  21 pounds is not to shabby especially in under 5 weeks!  Not quite 5 pounds a week but close!  We shall see if I can pick that up a bit.  Other than that I have bills to pay so off to work I go (at least until they can me)!  Tell next time.

OOOPS 18.5 pounds not 20!

I have lost 18.5 pounds in 4 weeks not twenty :(.  We shall have to correct that!  I worked out and walked today.  They also did my measurements.  I have lost 1 inch off my chest and hips.  My belt and shorts don't fit as neat as they used to :P.  I need to get my walk and exercise in tomorrow because we missed a workout for the holiday.  Other than that everything is peachy.  Lets hope we can loose 2--4 pounds in 2 days.  I also have to mow the lawn and work tomorrow.  BUSY BUSY BUSY.  I'll get up early and nock all that out.  Tell tomorrow, I'll be running ragged.

Weight loss! wooohhooo

ALRIGHTY THEN...currently I weigh 332...a small gorilla.  I used to weigh on the 19th of April 337.  My week still isn't done yet though.  SO there is time for one more pound or 2 before this coming Sunday.  I'm doing great.  SO that puts my weight loss at 20.5 POUNDS! In roughly 4 Weeks.  NOT TOO SHABBY!  I'm still trying to get this connected to Face book and twitter.  Other than that I am down to one SUB a day.  My sodium is outrageous. Like Lady Gaga, current gas prices, or the fact that they swab your arm with alcohol before they give you a lethal injection for the death penalty outrageous!  But other than that I'm doing OK. OK now to post some poetry and a pic!

Ok I didn't do bad last night

So I ate at BW3s last night.  LOTS OF SODIUM...but low calories.  Had blackened chicken salad with garlic sauce instead of salad dressing (only 60 calories).  In addition I also had 6 chicken tenders, with carribean jerk.  I washed it down with some water.  The thing I messed up on was coleslaw.  I substituted my fries for it.  It has:

The tenders have 43 calories and 570 mg of sodium.  I had 6 of them.  So calorie wise I'm doing great.  Sodium wise they will take me out back and shoot me :(.  I need to get some workout music on my phone then do my walk.  Followed by a six inch subway (I'm going down from foot longs to 1 foot long a day).  Lets hope last nights Sodium splurge won't do me in!

Down to SIX INCH SUBS

I am down to 6 inch subs!  NOT FOOT LONGS...omg....what will I do?!?  OK, so far today I have had only a 6 inch and a slimbar...for breakfast.  I still have to get my walk in today but other than that everything should be cool.  I'm a little scared, but think I can hold it out.  It gets easier if you do a pattern or type of diet for a week or more.  So that is all I need to do.  Just tough it out.  I also have to go workout at an alternative workout place, because SLIM FIT is closed for the holidays. :(  Not to worry they should be open soon.  Other than that my friends have been very supportive of me.  Lets see if I can make it  through the day.  I will post one more time before bed to let everyone know if I succeeded or not.  Tell then!

Nothing exceptional to report

I'm super busy right now, and have to get ready for work.  Still Today my goal is to eat less than I normally eat.  To do this I am eating just 2 foot long subs 1 yogurt and a snack bar today.  I have no cheese on these and don't eat the corners or top bun.  I also use vinegar and oil for the dressing on these sandwiches.  I'm off now to go buy my power bars.  I usually eat an additional meal, but I think these will tide me over.  Wish me luck!

Up a pound down a pound

I went up a pound but by the end of the workout I was down a pound :).  I need to get those walks in....

I'm going to workout today, and Weighing at the same time.  I need to see if I have lost any weight.  If not or less than say 2 pounds, then I will have to lower my food intake to speed up the weight loss process.  we shall see.  I'll post a blog update with my weight after my workout.  Still I did notice that my pants don't fit quite as snug, and my belt isn't working as good as it used to.  Probably a good thing :P

Good work out today

I gained .5 a pound but lost it at the end of the workout today.  So I am .5 lower! woohooo....Now other than that everything seems to be going OK.  I think I'll do my walk before I go to bed tonight.  That's the big hurdle this week.  Getting that precious walk in.  I need to get to it.  I have been unable to get it in, my schedule is usually crazy.  Anyway, I'll be doing it this week for sure!  Hopefully that will speed me up quite a bit (weight loss wise that is).  Other than that everything is going OK.  Tell next time!

Going gaming tonight again, again!

Not much to report today, I ate reasonably well last night.  I go to workout tomorrow.  I mowed the lawn instead of walk today.  Strangely I wasn't winded like I normally am when I mow the lawn (must be all those minutes on the bike at slim and fit).  I also did a bunch of house hold chores that needed to be done.  Aside from that I am still trying to get my web site linked to this blog or vice a verse.  No go so far.  I don't know what I'm doing wrong.  Anyway I weigh in tomorrow again to see if I REALLY lost 16 pounds.  Or if it is just a trick.  Or maybe my socks or shoes were different from when I first weighed in.  Socks and shoes there's 3 pounds right there!  Well I'm off I got to go gaming so tell tomorrow.  Ooooh the pic is of me (I just found out they canceled Legend of the Seeker).

SO far I have lost 16 pounds!

So far the scale says I have lost 16 pounds but I find that hard to believe.  It may be that I cannot see it so I just don't see it.  In any event that puts me back on track for 5 pounds a week.  I also am able to breath better when I ride the bike excercise machine.  My heart rate is 10-15 beats lower as well at the same settings then when I first started.  I average 1 Mile every 4 min. on the machine.  Vast improvement.  Still I sleep better and that has been the best part so far for me.  We are currently working on slowly building up my muscles to help eat away the fat in my body.  My body has alot of fat to eat...I hope my muscles don't get fat..from eating my fat :(.

I ate great last night and did my daily walk!

It is starting to come together!  I went on my daily walk before I went to bed (I think its the energy drink from Monster the Absolute zero one that I took earlier in the night).  I couldn't sleep so I went for a walk around the park at 4:30 A.M..  I go to work out tomorrow, and I'll weigh inn again.  I'll post it then.  I'm hoping for 4-5 pounds this week.  We will see. Other than that, things are going great.

Yesterday was great!

Yesterday I worked out and lasted the full hour, but also got 1 mile in under 4 min.  On the exercise bike.  In addition I was down 2 pounds.  So if that stays accurate I will have lost the extra pound I gained, and be back on track for my weeks weight loss.  It rained today so obviously I couldn't go for a walk.  I have to get ready for work right now, so today's blog is going to be very short :(.  One last thing I also eat better, I actually had a salad for dinner with vinegar and oil instead of salad dressing.  AND I WAS OK WITH IT!  I know right....me...OK with that....it truly is the end times!  It's strange how when you work out you actually don't want to eat as much.

Back on track

I ate great last night and so far this morning I'm eating better too.  I need to stay away from starches. I go in today at 2 p.m. to get my workouts done.  Then it'll be a good day.  I have to go to work tonight so that isn't too fun but I need the money (and who doesn't).  I'll also weigh myself just to see if I'm still on track or not.  I'll have more to report later on tomorrow.  Tell then!

Still struggling

Today I have no time at all, and I had to work overtime yesterday :(.  I should be catching up soon though.  I was supposed to go for a walk today, but instead I find my time being taken up with laundry, house hold cleaning (like the bathroom) and such.  It's amazing how the day to day things get in the way of change or loosing weight.  Still today so far I have only had 1 foot long roast chicken sub (I left off the cheese today).  I'll have another one for dinner at 11:00.  If I manage to do this I'll finally be back on track.  Tomorrow I need to walk and do the bike for sure.  If I can manage to do all that then get it set up so that its a pattern I do weekly I shall be back in the game.  So game plan for this week and coming weeks; 1) go down to veggie subs no more than 2 a day. 2) walk and  bike 30 min on days I don't work out.  Sound's easy enough.  I also need to get rid of the starch that I am taking in...too bad subway doesn't have wraps....I wonder if someone else does?  OOH well 1 day at a time :).

Going gaming tonight again!

I'm going gaming tonight! can't wait!  I play D&D (yes I'm a geek!) at Gamers, in Greenwood IN.  I'm also doing good on my diet today, I have had only 1 foot long subway sandwich and a yogurt, but that's good for starters.  All I have to do it make it through the rest of the day and I will be fine....I had to fight the urge to buy a chocolate milk today.  I did buy and orange juice (my excuse is that I'm sick).  Still I'm not over on my calories so that should be OK.  Nothing new to report other than that.  Time to slay some Dragons! Arrrrhhh.....(OK, at my level its more like time to slay some Kobolds)!

Still trucking along

I have lost up to date; 10 pounds!  I'm excited about that of course, but I think I need to keep going up in weights.  My theory is that if I can do that, then what my counselor told me about my muscle mass eating my fat will greatly accelerate my weight loss.  Last night the wolf pack got me and I ate a bagel (I call the snack machines the wolf pack).  That was a set back for me, still I did great the rest of the week.  Lets hope that makes up for it.  In other news, I'm a lot less stiff, and in less than 2 hours after the workout today I was able to do my regular walk!  Other than that I need to spruce up my Blog here, its' pretty bland.  I'm going to look into linking it to Facebook and twitter.  See if I can get some suggestions on how to make it more hip.  Tell next time, I'll just keep trucking along......

Tomorrow I find out if I have lost some more weight!

Well I have been working full 10 hour shifts so I haven't had time to weigh myself again or even make a post on my blog!   So I'm making my post now before I go to work.  Basically I am sticking to my diet and workout schedule, I'm just not spacing the meals out enough.   I find myself looking at the dreaded wolf pack more often (I call the snack machines the wolf pack),  and yet I'm able to elude their jaws, as they yip and yap at my back. They bark, they snarl and they say; "Yip, Yip, Snickers...Yap, yap, Honey bun."  I haven't been able to do much else besides work and sleep :(.  This Tuesday is mandatory overtime, we are ordered to volunteer.  Who orders someone to volunteer!  Honestly, sounds authoritarian to me.  I need the money so I'll swallow hard and get on with it.   Well that is about all for this blog.  I'm going to subway to acquire my roast chicken subs, tomorrow I'm going back down to Vegie subs, that should help out by like 2-300 calories more a day.  Tell next time this is the Kevin, signing off.

Yesterday's Post Today!

This post is for yesterday, its just that I get out of work at 4:30 and can't post until after I wake :P .  Yesterday I had to go to work, and didn't bring anything to eat.  I broke down and ate a snickers bar for dinner at 11:00 p.m..  It was a small setback, but I'm still on track calorie wise.  I didn't eat the right thing or at the right times, but I was still below what I needed to be calorie wise.  Tonight I'm hoping to take some sort of food with me, so as to avoid the omnipresent danger of the ever temptuous SNACK MACHINE <sinister intro music here>.  These Devils are everywhere, lined up against the walls in packs, like ravenous wolves moving in for the kill.....lets see if i can outrun them tonight.

I lost 6 pounds!

Its the end of the first week and I have lost 6 pounds!
I'm hoping to repeat the same for next week.  I weighed out in the same outfit so I know it's accurate!  I'm excited as I can be.  I started at 351 now I'm at 345.  The program is 12 weeks long, so if I continue to loose 6 pounds every week, then thats 6 times 12=72 pounds.  So, 351-72=279.  I need to be at 200 pounds to get into the army, so that means it will take me roughly 24 weeks....lets see if that is doable!  Other than that I'm walking more and drinking more water.  Tomorrow is work, so I start my grueling schedule.  I need to make rate that week and then make it to Saturday.  I'm keeping a fairly accurate food log, I just need to keep track of the times that I eat. Other than that I'm right on schedule.  Until next time.

Going gaming tonight

I'm going gaming tonight...this marks the first full week of exercise and dieting, so I'm celebrating! Tonight I'm going to hang out with my friends at gamers and get my game on!  I ate good so far today, but other than that nothing spacial to report.  Edgar Allan Poe's poetry has taken my interest of late.  It's creepy but good stuff.  I tried to keep a link to it on this blogger, but I'm not sure it worked.  Any who, I'm not stiff the day after a workout anymore.  I think this week we will step up the physical routine.  I'm eager to see how much weight I can loose or have already lost even if it is just a 2 pounds or so.  Other than that I'm doing great.  I'll check back in tomorrow.  I need to go get my walk in right now.

What's My status!

My status is pretty good!  I am sticking with my diet...in fact I've become a regular at subway (all those veggie and roast chicken subs I eat have made me a staple at the subway on Allisonville in Fishers IN.  In fact if I die suddenly or stop going for some reason, they'll probably have to start laying people off.)  I had a great week at work, I made rate (I work at Amazon through Integrity).  Finally my fourth workout at Slim and Fit went off with out a hitch.  We did legs and Free Weights, mostly.  My thighs didn't seize up like the first 2 workouts, so I was able to go for a 1.5 mile walk 1 hour after our work out.  Things are definitely looking up!  Usually after the workout I can hardly move, but not today!  I'm not saying I am loose like Gumby, but I am definitely able to move  my limbs freely.  I'm hoping that by the end of next week to check my weight status, as I didn't check this Sunday.....hmmm....I think I'll check on Tuesday.  Lots of things going on right now, today and tomorrow will be especially busy.  I'll have to squeeze my walk in to my schedule some how.
I'm going to write in the blog everyday that I can from now on.  I'm also hoping to add more features to this blog, and have it post on facebook as well.

Third workout session was yesterday....

Yesterday I made the entire 1 HOUR!  The first time I only made it 20 min, then the second time was 40 min.  I'm still not quite up to speed, but I'm getting there. I was so sore those first couple of days, I couldn't bend over to tie my shoes!  I had to take a knee just to get my sneakers on...since then I'm significantly less stiff.  A good nights rest helped a lot.
My diet is going fairly well, I eat the right things just not at the right time.  It's something I'm going to have to work on.  I had a great day at work last night too, I made rate plus 100!  (thats the best I have ever done for working at Amazon!)  I started this diet/workout at 351 I'm hoping when I weigh myself next week to have lost 2 pounds (we are just getting started).  I'm going to have to buy some more workout cloths, this week but other than that, everything is going great.
Well thats my current update I'll have another one on Sunday as well as a weigh in then.  Wish me luck!

And so it Begins!

Hi World it's me Kevin....I am trying to get the word out about what I am attempting to do, and I think this is the best way to do it.  So here is the word, I am going to loose weight to join the Army.  Yes, that's right I am going to loose weight and join the Army.  I have been talking about doing it for years but up until now its just been a whisper of an idea.  That whisper is going to move into a study  firm voice full of purpose! Maybe even a loud screetch!  The reason for this is that things have changed for me.  Specifically my friend Andrew Mcdonald a co founder of Slim & Fit, in Fishers Indiana has signed me up with this great new program and fitness center.  I have my own personal Fitness Trainer, as well pushing me onward to success.  I just started yesterday, its a 12 week program, and I'm ready for it, eager actually.  So please fill free to check my status out, and keep up with what my progress is.  Also if you see a janky white escort parked in front of or in the line of a Fast Food Restaurant, call me out on it...maybe even come and get me!
