I gained .5 a pound but lost it at the end of the workout today. So I am .5 lower! woohooo....Now other than that everything seems to be going OK. I think I'll do my walk before I go to bed tonight. That's the big hurdle this week. Getting that precious walk in. I need to get to it. I have been unable to get it in, my schedule is usually crazy. Anyway, I'll be doing it this week for sure! Hopefully that will speed me up quite a bit (weight loss wise that is). Other than that everything is going OK. Tell next time!
