I ate great last night and did my daily walk!

It is starting to come together!  I went on my daily walk before I went to bed (I think its the energy drink from Monster the Absolute zero one that I took earlier in the night).  I couldn't sleep so I went for a walk around the park at 4:30 A.M..  I go to work out tomorrow, and I'll weigh inn again.  I'll post it then.  I'm hoping for 4-5 pounds this week.  We will see. Other than that, things are going great.
