I'm super busy right now, and have to get ready for work. Still Today my goal is to eat less than I normally eat. To do this I am eating just 2 foot long subs 1 yogurt and a snack bar today. I have no cheese on these and don't eat the corners or top bun. I also use vinegar and oil for the dressing on these sandwiches. I'm off now to go buy my power bars. I usually eat an additional meal, but I think these will tide me over. Wish me luck!
