Ok I didn't do bad last night

So I ate at BW3s last night.  LOTS OF SODIUM...but low calories.  Had blackened chicken salad with garlic sauce instead of salad dressing (only 60 calories).  In addition I also had 6 chicken tenders, with carribean jerk.  I washed it down with some water.  The thing I messed up on was coleslaw.  I substituted my fries for it.  It has:

The tenders have 43 calories and 570 mg of sodium.  I had 6 of them.  So calorie wise I'm doing great.  Sodium wise they will take me out back and shoot me :(.  I need to get some workout music on my phone then do my walk.  Followed by a six inch subway (I'm going down from foot longs to 1 foot long a day).  Lets hope last nights Sodium splurge won't do me in!
