Third workout session was yesterday....

Yesterday I made the entire 1 HOUR!  The first time I only made it 20 min, then the second time was 40 min.  I'm still not quite up to speed, but I'm getting there. I was so sore those first couple of days, I couldn't bend over to tie my shoes!  I had to take a knee just to get my sneakers on...since then I'm significantly less stiff.  A good nights rest helped a lot.
My diet is going fairly well, I eat the right things just not at the right time.  It's something I'm going to have to work on.  I had a great day at work last night too, I made rate plus 100!  (thats the best I have ever done for working at Amazon!)  I started this diet/workout at 351 I'm hoping when I weigh myself next week to have lost 2 pounds (we are just getting started).  I'm going to have to buy some more workout cloths, this week but other than that, everything is going great.
Well thats my current update I'll have another one on Sunday as well as a weigh in then.  Wish me luck!
