Yesterday was great!

Yesterday I worked out and lasted the full hour, but also got 1 mile in under 4 min.  On the exercise bike.  In addition I was down 2 pounds.  So if that stays accurate I will have lost the extra pound I gained, and be back on track for my weeks weight loss.  It rained today so obviously I couldn't go for a walk.  I have to get ready for work right now, so today's blog is going to be very short :(.  One last thing I also eat better, I actually had a salad for dinner with vinegar and oil instead of salad dressing.  AND I WAS OK WITH IT!  I know right....me...OK with that....it truly is the end times!  It's strange how when you work out you actually don't want to eat as much.
