Yesterday was Horrid for my diet. I had bad week that week. This week is better, I had some personal stuff that needed taking care of, now that that is out of the way I can focus on my diet again. I'm going for my walk now, I just wanted to check back in. I lost 1 more pound (not a lot when I'm used to loosing 4-5 in a week). So I need to catch back up. This week is the week!
