Last two days I haven't worked the whole shift. I hope nothing bad is coming down the pipe. I need the job :(. Other than that I have lost a pound so I am back on track. I'll weigh in on Sunday, to verify how much I have lost. My new work out is more weights intensive. I hope that helps to speed my weight loss up. I need to crack down on my diet to speed the process back up. Back down to Salads instead of Foot Longs :p. Laters.
