305

I worked out today and weighed in.  It said 305.  I ate again after the workout, but that shouldn't vary my weight too much.  That means I am loosing weight!  So, if i weigh in again on Tuesday I have a reasonable expectation to be at 304-305 for a 2 pound weight loss in a week.  Not to shabby.  I need to go work out (run walk with my pal Craig to keep that on track).  One thing I am noticing, I can do some calisthenics without throwing up (such as mountain climbers).  That is a good feeling.  Before I couldn't even think about doing that sort of thing without getting light headed.  Now look at me I am the man!  OK, more of an adolescent than a man....but a few more months and then we'll see!  Tell next time!
