I ran one and walked one today on the Monon Trail. It wasn't easy, but I did it. My pal says we ran over a quarter of what we walked (about 2 miles). I ran for longer periods this time. I must be improving. I hope so, cause I didn't eat to well. I weigh in again on Tuesday. I hope I maintained and even lost an additional pound. That would be great. I am at 305 currently (at time of last weigh in). Hopefully I will be at 303 or less. We shall see. Tell Tuesday then!
