I am doing ok on my Diet. Not eating to much!

Parenting done right!
I have successfully logged over 5 days back in my DIET BOOK...so I am back on track with my eating.  It is still to hot to go out and run, so I have been walking a lot instead.  I hope things clear up by Monday!  I need to run to loose my gut!  I believe my next weigh in will be on Tuesday.  I hope to have lost 1-2 pounds.  When the HEAT is off I think I can accelerate this considerably (It will be cool enough to run!).  Tell next time!
