Current Status Report

I weigh 275.6.
I kinda slacked off on the workout today with my trainer.  I just wasn't feeling it.  I did run my mile .3-.4 later on though.  So that evens out.  I will need to change my routine, perhaps choose a different route tomorrow.  Tell next time!  This is Kevin, Signing off!
