I ran today!

I'm running constantly again.  I ran yesterday, and the day before I believe.  So now I can try and keep that up and it will be a OK.   My diet isn't going so well I am at 271, so I have gained a pound.  The problem is that I am eating to much food to soon, its not spaced out.  Today I have had starting at like 4:30 am, 2 nutrigrain bars, true moo chocolate milk (1%), and for lunch and dinner I have had McDonald's southwest Salad, with 3 grilled chicken wraps (3 at lunch; 2 at dinner for a total of 5).  From now on I will go down to just salads and a fruit.  If I cut out the wraps, I should start loosing again.  I'm also gonna start adding some push ups to my runs.  Starting tomorrow.  We shall see how it turns out.
