I'm back down to 270. In other news my foot is like in pain, I don't know why. Something up with the bone in my left foot. Sigh, it is always something. Continuing on from the last post, I had a potato salad (580 in cal), 1/4 of a donut (I stopped myself before eating the whole thing ;p ), True Moo milk jug and today I have had a Southwest salad, Diet coke and 2 grilled ranch wraps, twice, once for lunch and Breakfast. Not to bad, not that great either. Tell next time!
