Night shift is interfering with my workout schedule

I called off a workout again (this is like the 3rd time), because I needed sleep.  I just can't seem to go from 3 and a half hours sleep to the gym.  Further more last weigh in I was up 2 pounds!  I'M slipping!  I will run tonight before I got to work.  Also I'm going to start posting what I eat.  So here goes.
5 am..... 4 nutri grain bars and True moo milk (300 cal milk, plus 500 for the bars).
12:50 p.m......2 Grilled ranch wraps (forgot to take off the ranch), and grilled southwest salad plus diet coke.
I'm under 2000, I'll have to wait and see how tonight will be.  As a side note making the donuts is killing me!  I literally have my chubby little fingers covered in chocolate glaze every night....If I survive without eating a donut tonight, it will be a miracle!
