I am down to 272 before I eat. 274.6 after I eat. Finally I weigh 273.4 after a workout! So now we know for sure my weight can only very roughly 2 pounds between food/meals! That is great! We figured that out today at slim and fit, it was something I was always worried about. You know how much am I loosing, how much is water weight, etc.. I am eating better and I can run a little bit further than normal. Tonight, since the weather is finally cooperating, it will be the first night I have been able to run in like 5 or 6 days. So I am actually looking forward to it. What a big change, me looking forward to running ;p.
