Need to get my new slim and fit schedule, and weigh in tomorrow. In other news I only ate 2350 in cal today. I'm over by 350, but I ran tonight also. Fast pace, over 1.5 miles (I think 2 miles), in under 1/2 hour. My cardio since starting the program at Slim and Fit this year is like 1,000 times better! The fact that Less than 1/2 after I ran that I can write about it and I'm not dead is proof of it! Well tell next time, I have to go fill out my food log.
