having a good day

It was to cold to run tonight when I got out of work at 10:00 p.m., still it was good day.  My diet is doing much better and I have a notepad I can finally write down what I eat with.  Also I dropped down to 266!  I'll run in the morning, when the sun is out....see if I can't get 2 miles :P.  I'm also not as sore, we are doing strength training at slim and fit again! It apparently is paying off...a girl I work with commented me on my calfs.  Weird but hey I'll take it!  Only 56 more pounds to go!
