Still 246

I'm still 246!  Ate terrible last 3 days, but I tried to make up for it today.  I ran (it was pathetic), for like 6 min, then had to walk.  My cardio has gone way down ;(.  Still I was able to do 40 push ups in a minute!  Last 11 were slow but still did it!  I also did crunches, Wall squats and 40 second core exercise!  All with my new inflatable workout ball!  Tell next time!
