Maintaining....switching up the workout....lets hope that shocks my system.  Before I go to bed tonight (in the morning, I'm doing a set of push ups and setups, and finally back raises....3 sets of 30 should do it!  I would love to do squats with that, but I think that would mess me up.  Wonder If I will sleep well after that?
