My mile and a half just got better!

I run my mile and a half in 14 minutes 10 seconds!  A 50 second improvement!  I can also do man sit ups!  Did twenty in a row!  last week I couldn't do one!  WOOT!  I also lost a pound this week!  Its been a good week for me!  Slim and fit came through for me again!  Now that I am cutting cheese from my diet, the weight should just slide off again...lets hope the momentum keeps rolling!
