Weather is too crappy to run in :(

The weather is sucking hardcore today!  I did 30 minutes to 45 minutes of inside core work on my inflatable workout ball.  Lots of sit ups....hopefully by end of next week I will see an improvement to the point where I won't need as much assistance.  Did 3 sets of 30 push ups to.  They were broken up, I must be tired from the last workout still.
