Not sure what my current weight is...I ran today and yesterday, as well as did my pushup routine today. Let us hope it is paying off.

It is official
I am at 230.6! It is also Friday! I have lost 2 pounds this week. Now, I just need to loose 2 more by next Friday, and I will have SERIOUS progress! Woot 20 more to go!

Todays current status!
My weight is being stubborn...I am at 231. In other news; I did weights today, and ran a mile on the treadmill, in under 10 minutes. I am getting a little better at the push ups and sit ups. I also notice that I breath better when I sleep. That 100 + pounds I shed really helps my lungs out. It's amazing! Before I sounded like a host of lumberjacks high on meth sawing a redwood in half with a rusty saw blade!
Speaking of being sawed in half, I can fit into a size 38 pants! That is FREAKEN awesome for me! Another 21 pounds to go and I reach my end game! Tell next time!

Eating ok, need to do better
I'm logging what I eat again. I check back in Monday, I will also weigh in. I want my weight to be 233 even or less. I ran today as well as did some home workouts. Lets hope my work pays off.

back down to 234
OK the current theory I have is that I have been having to much sodium. I'm now drinking only water, and my salad dressing is just salsa. I worked out 1/2 an hour on treadmill. We figure the calorie count I was getting should be cut in half. That is to say the elliptical says 497 it should be around 250 calories that were burned. I still need to do muscle building and a 1.5 mile run today. Other than that everything is going OK. I am also logging what I eat now.

my weight is apprantly not doing ok
I'm up to 237! It was after I ate but sheesh! I hit the elliptical two times today to compensate. Two intervals of 30 minutes. Tomorrow I'm going to do a solid 40 minutes then work out my large muscle groups. My hope is that if I hit the treadmill everyday for 30-40 minutes I can get my mojo back to loosing weight. I just don't know what else to do. I'm also going to have to go back to logging what I eat. See if there is a pattern that I need to break down with. My goal is to be down to 231 by next Friday! 231 or bust!

The new plan
My weight has gone up back to 234, although that is after a meal. I need a new plan..and that plan is Mr. elyptical. I still have pushups and situps to do tonight, but it looks like if i do 1/2 an hour on the elpitical and 10 minutes of up hill walking on the treadmill, I can burn over 400 calories. If I do that everyday, starting tommorrow, I should be able to watch the weight just melt off. We shall see! Anyway thats my new plan, I'll let you all know what tommorow brings when it happens!

Current weight
I am at 232, before breakfast. I'm trying the perfect push up again, it still burns :P. I need to do some leg work today, lets hope that gives my arms a chance to rest until tomorrow. In other news, my cardio is looking good. Treadmill time for a mile is still under 10 minutes. Need to shave another 30 seconds off it (my average is 9 minutes and 30 seconds). The guys at Slim and Fit are still checking in on me helping me out. Can't thank them enough for that. I'm beginning to notice things about myself too. When I bend down to pick things up off the ground, it is not such a big deal anymore. I used to huff or puff and groan, now it is not a big deal for me. I noticed that yesterday when I was dusting the house and picking things up off the ground. Strange. Tell next time!

Current status as of Feburary 10th; 2012
Well I have gained almost 2 pounds :(, but my cardio is going great. Tomorrow I start cross training to increase my muscle mass. Hopefully that will give me a kick to go back down. My current weight today was 234.8. Up 2 from 232.8. Tell next time.

current status
I lost another pound. Unfortunately I ate like crap at my grandma's birthday....Looks like I'll have to make up for that tomorrow! My feet are already crying! Things are still going OK. I need to loose like 28 more pounds to get in..other than that it is going OK. Tell next time!
