back down to 234

OK the current theory I have is that I have been having to much sodium.  I'm now drinking only water, and my salad dressing is just salsa.  I worked out 1/2 an hour on treadmill.  We figure the calorie count I was getting should be cut in half.  That is to say the elliptical says 497 it should be around 250 calories that were burned.  I still need to do muscle building and a 1.5 mile run today.  Other than that everything is going OK.  I am also logging what I eat now.
