Current status as of Feburary 10th; 2012

Well I have gained almost 2 pounds :(, but my cardio is going great.  Tomorrow I start cross training to increase my muscle mass.  Hopefully that will give me a kick to go back down.  My current weight today was 234.8.  Up 2 from 232.8.  Tell next time.
