Sorry I have been remiss in keeping up with my posts. My current weight for the second week is 223.5! So no ifs and/or butts...that is my new weight! Only 15 more pounds to go! I also completed reading Sun Tzu's Art of war (short book really). I worked out today, tomorrow I will hit it even harder. I also ran over 1.8 miles today by myself! Doing better, lots of sad stuff going on at home, the run actually took my mind off it! Tell next time!
