I weighed in.

Well sad news folks...slim and fit where I workout is closed down :(.  Still I wouldn't be able to have made it this far without  the support, that they have given me.  I will always be grateful to them.  Where-ever they land I hope who ever picks them up Not to worry I may be on my own, but I think I can still make it.  Last weigh in yesterday was at 230 to 231.5.  I am still down a pound from last time.  My progress has slowed way down, in an effort to get it back up, I am adjusting my calorie intake.  I just found a website that shows me how to do this.  So starting today  I am keeping my calories in a food log.  This is a sure fire way to help me loose weight faster.  I also found a new place to weigh in and workout out..at least with a treadmill.  Now if I can just control what I put into my mouth over the course of the next 2 months, and run at least every day.  I should be down 20 pounds in 2 to 2.5 months.  Once I am down to that I can make a go for the Military, and I will have made my goal in a little under a year!  WOOHOO!  Today's calorie intake for the entire day was 2220.  Close to 2000, but not close enough.  I need to get it down to roughly 1500.  That should create the necessary deficit to make my goals a reality.  I'll give myself a banana after I run, I usually eat that with my salad, so by spacing it out I should be able to make the change.  That will compensate for hunger pains and protein.  I will also weigh in again tomorrow.  I just need to keep this up for 2.5 months at most.  It looks rough...but at least I have a plan now!  Tell next time!
