I'm still trucking along, today I think is gonna be a good day! My calories are low so far, so all I have to do is keep below 1500 or so and I should be good the whole day! I weigh in later. I'm gonna hit a run, then work out then hit the treadmill/elliptical for 20 minutes. Try and create a calorie deficit. I'll check back in with my weigh in later! Tell then!
