Another day

Eating is doing a little better today.  But it is close.  Went to workout with Craig, my friend, we ran 33 minutes.  Then out to Pita pit.  On the way home I got so hungry I had to stop and get a 75 calorie meat stick and an absolute zero energy drink (monster's version of the Diet Coke).  Then when I got home I had veggies and 250 calories of beans, and sprinkle of mozzarella cheese.  I was FAMISHED after that run.  Wonder what is going on with that.  I'll eat a banana and an absolute zero, then buy a huge thing of water before I have to go out tonight around 9:00 P.M..  If I don't eat anything else I should be close on my calories, but not to much over 2000.  Did 55 push ups today!  I'm going up!  Well current weight was 213.5-214.  I may have lost .5 a pound or that could just be water.  Tell next time!

Still Kicking

I'm still working at it..I think I'll make another go for it in 3-4 weeks!  Start a new workout routine on Monday..my brother has a plan that might just work for me.  We will see.  I'll have a weigh in tomorrow.   Tell then.

Actual weight

Found out the scale I was using was 3 pounds off!  I'm actually at 214 (after lunch meal).  Lots of work to do, the military wants me to get down to 205 now!  So far today's eating was good.  I went and worked chest, and ran 1.25 miles.  Need to get my cardio up a bit.  Yesterday I went running with my Pal Craig for like 27 minutes!  Was slow pace, but it wore me out.  Hopefully I can get myself in gear this week.  I'm under 2000 calories for the day, but just barely.  I hope that by the end of the night tonight I won't eat until 6 a.m., except for a snack I will bring with me ( I have a late night thing I have to do).  Did 40 push ups and then 1 hour and half later did 40 more.  Need to do 40 or 50 more tonight to get caught back up.  Did my 4 sets of 35 sit ups.  So today wasn't total waste.  Tell tomorrow!

Current weight 214

The army's scale is 3 pounds heaver than the scale I use at the police station :(.  In addition they now want me to get down to 205.  Looks like its going to be another 3-4 weeks!  Oh wells!  At least I have more time for ASVAB  studying!  Need to workout, sigh time for a short run.

Things are still at 215-216

I am maintaining my weight...I also am eating better.  My legs are on fire!  I recently over exerted them, and running is a lot harder now :).  Hopefully they will cool back down soon.  I'm going to go run and do some arm workouts, before I have to go do somethings tonight.  Lets hope I don't wuss out!

Weigh in Tommorrow!

Weigh in tomorrow, and I'll try and get a run in too.  I am starting a new workout regimen as well.  Today I ran 1 mile and went to workout with my pal EVIL CRAIG-SAN!  My spiritual guide, and moral compass (of course it doesn't point true north, but hey whose does!?).  We'll know tomorrow If I have been  slacking or not!  My chest and arms are little sore.  My legs are freaking killing me!  No pain no gain!  Tell next time, this is Kevin, painfully limping off.

Current status is 215 before breakfast (after a banana).  My will to workout is like not there....I need to step it up.  I'm going to go to the gym today and I'm not leaving tell I get my sets in and run 1 mile...I need a personal trainer/shock collar.  I so don't want to do anything today.....wish me luck!

214-218

Weight is fluctuating wildly.  In the morning it is 214 before I eat.  After my last meal it is 218.  It rained today so I just did some chest workout, no chance to run.  Tomorrow I am hitting the gym hard.  My calories are around 2600 a day.  Not good.  If I don't eat anything over the course of the night and wait until in the afternoon I will officially have gotten back on the horse.  If I workout hard tomorrow,  I will be back to where I was routine wise 1 and a half weeks ago.  Wish me luck!

Weighed in at 217 today before breakfast!
Still don't know whats up with my body!  Can't tell if I'm making huge progress...or its just water weight!  Will know by the end of the week!

Ran 2 miles today

I ran two miles today..on my own!  For me that is Fantastic!  My weight is anywhere from 221-219.  It is fluctuating a lot lately.  Still I keep right on trucking!
