Actual weight

Found out the scale I was using was 3 pounds off!  I'm actually at 214 (after lunch meal).  Lots of work to do, the military wants me to get down to 205 now!  So far today's eating was good.  I went and worked chest, and ran 1.25 miles.  Need to get my cardio up a bit.  Yesterday I went running with my Pal Craig for like 27 minutes!  Was slow pace, but it wore me out.  Hopefully I can get myself in gear this week.  I'm under 2000 calories for the day, but just barely.  I hope that by the end of the night tonight I won't eat until 6 a.m., except for a snack I will bring with me ( I have a late night thing I have to do).  Did 40 push ups and then 1 hour and half later did 40 more.  Need to do 40 or 50 more tonight to get caught back up.  Did my 4 sets of 35 sit ups.  So today wasn't total waste.  Tell tomorrow!
