Eating is doing a little better today. But it is close. Went to workout with Craig, my friend, we ran 33 minutes. Then out to Pita pit. On the way home I got so hungry I had to stop and get a 75 calorie meat stick and an absolute zero energy drink (monster's version of the Diet Coke). Then when I got home I had veggies and 250 calories of beans, and sprinkle of mozzarella cheese. I was FAMISHED after that run. Wonder what is going on with that. I'll eat a banana and an absolute zero, then buy a huge thing of water before I have to go out tonight around 9:00 P.M.. If I don't eat anything else I should be close on my calories, but not to much over 2000. Did 55 push ups today! I'm going up! Well current weight was 213.5-214. I may have lost .5 a pound or that could just be water. Tell next time!
