I may be down a pound

I weighed in today at 210, we shall see if that holds up in the morning.  I am doing better on my cardio.  Did 30 minutes on treadmill again today.  Seems like I am doing it just about everyday, so it is helping.  5 minute warm up jog, 20 minutes of 1 minute sprints at 8 mph., then back down to 7 mph.. It sucks but apparently I am getting results!  Last 5 minutes a cool down jog.  I'll know more tomorrow when I weigh in again!  Other than that I am trying to get my calories down.  Tell next time!
