weight is still same 211

Not making much progress....My cardio is getting better I did 30 minutes on the tread mill.  5 min warm up at 5.5, then 20 minutes of short sprints (1 minute at 8, then 1 minute at 7).  Followed by a 5 minutes 6.0 mph jog cool down.  It is not as hard as it sounds :p.  I also did some arms today.  Things are getting better I hope by the end of this week to have lost 1-2 pounds.  We shall see.
