Well I got 2 45 plates on each side, on a Smith machine. The bar looses 25 do to the counter weight; so that is equal to 205 l.b.s. (15 for the bar, 180 for the plates). Not sure if that is totally accurate...man that would be awesome if it was! I think I might have been able to get 10-20 more if I had been completely fresh. It was off bar all way down and back up. I can almost do my own body weight! Nice!
