Slipping!

My weight registered this morning at 206 (that is 209) on the military scale.  I made it past the scale test though, so I'm good for Boot camp if I pass my next test.  To make up for it I'm going back to my old school HIT run.  Soon as laundry is  done around 2:00 p.m., I'm going to go run on the Treadmill.  Then later on go back for some more cardio and Arm workouts.  Hopefully I'll drop 2 pounds in the next 3 days or so.  I think also I'm swearing off Diet Drinks and Cheese tell I get into the Army.  I gotta believe that is what is causing my problem.  I'll know next Monday Night how I'm doing!  Tell then!
