OK it is on!
And no I'm not talking about must see t.v.! I am stepping up my exercise routine a bit. Going into the Gym now and doing Abs and Treadmill. Followed by Push up routine. Finally I will go back in later tonight for a run on the treadmill and Pecks and Back workout! Wish me luck!

I may be down a pound
I weighed in today at 210, we shall see if that holds up in the morning. I am doing better on my cardio. Did 30 minutes on treadmill again today. Seems like I am doing it just about everyday, so it is helping. 5 minute warm up jog, 20 minutes of 1 minute sprints at 8 mph., then back down to 7 mph.. It sucks but apparently I am getting results! Last 5 minutes a cool down jog. I'll know more tomorrow when I weigh in again! Other than that I am trying to get my calories down. Tell next time!

weight is still same 211
Not making much progress....My cardio is getting better I did 30 minutes on the tread mill. 5 min warm up at 5.5, then 20 minutes of short sprints (1 minute at 8, then 1 minute at 7). Followed by a 5 minutes 6.0 mph jog cool down. It is not as hard as it sounds :p. I also did some arms today. Things are getting better I hope by the end of this week to have lost 1-2 pounds. We shall see.

I think I have lost 2 more poundsish!
My weight this morning was 209, before I ate breakfast. I shall weigh in tomorrow. I ran almost 3 miles today on my own, a personal best (its gotta be the shoes and monster energy drinks).

Current Weight is 215
I feel a lot better, than I did yesterday. I ran 1.9 miles and now I'm going to head over to the gym after walking the dogs, to do some preacher curls, French press thingy, and 21's. Followed by some dips and deep pushup sets. Well wish me luck! Eating today is great. If I eat just once more before I go out tonight, I will be right below 2000!
