Quick check in

Current weight is 227.  I did 50 push ups (last set of 10 was kinda sloppy) just to start my arm workout today.  The fact that I can do that is amazing, when I first started I was like doing 20 push ups (that was less than a year ago).  I'm hovering around 2000 calories a day...I need to get that down some.  Tell next time!
