I'm back at 269, and dropping. This is the week I get back on track ;p. I ran last night for 15 minutes and did 1.5 miles! That is a personal Best for me! It's not Olympic, but its pretty out standing for me! I also have my workouts scheduled this week. So, it looks like I'm back on the horse! I'll weigh in tomorrow and get some more run time in tonight before work! The time I'm spending at Slim N Fit is really paying off. The fact that I can even run a mile and a half is awesome, let alone in 15 minutes. Tell next time!
