I just got done running like 20 minutes ago, and that is important because I did it after I got off from work! I really am back on track. I also wrote down what I had to eat this week consistently (except for one day). My bad habits are getting smacked back down where they belong. Starting tomorrow I think I'm going to go down some in calories. Try and stay below 2000, instead of at or almost to. We shall see! My cardio is STELLAR! I ran twice in one day this week too! I almost look forward to running! What a change. People I work with and the regular customers coming into the store don't believe I have lost 85 pounds. To tell you the truth I don't either. I need an older picture of me up there to show the world my new face! Only 50 more pounds to go! I'll weigh in in the morning and post my weight. Tell then!
